BRASSERIE HUDSON QUAY, MIDDLESBROUGH

These new counter fittings had been supplied, pre-finished, in natural light walnut to Brasserie Hudson Quay. However the client required them to be of dark walnut finish, and so we were contacted at short notice, prior to the opening of the newly furbished brasserie, to rectify the problem. It was necessary for us to refinish the counter fittings on site by hand, with other contractors working in close proximity, To achieve this transformation, we completely removed the original finish, stained the timber to achieve the desired dark walnut colour, and re-finished the counters to the client’s satisfaction.
